Where We're Spending Easter Weekend | EGO

Yay! It's the first bank holidays of the year which means a nice loooong weekend. This is how we're going to be spending it!

Bottomless Brunchin'

It's food plus unlimited drinks, do the math, it's a winner. If you're spending Easter weekend with your bae or girls, then what better way to do it over some nice food and glass of bubbles.

The Pen and Pencil, Manchester

Based in the Indie driven Northern Quarter in Central Manchester, The Pen and Pencil has an free-flowing Bottomless Brunch (eeek, yes girls!). View the menu by clicking here

Bunga Bunga, London

If you're looking for a civilised, quiet, adult meal (boring!) then you can keep scrolling. Bunga Bunga is more like a party than meal! An unlimited amount of brunch-themed pizza and drinks doesn't tempt you enough? How about live music and Karaoke? This is a location thats bound to make your Easter Weekend. With two locations to choose from in Central London - Covent Garden and Battersea, you'll be a fool to skip this. View the menu here

Manahatta, Leeds

BRB, we're just wiping our drool off our keyboard. The bottomless brunch menu covers everything from the classic smashed avo on toast, with poached eggs of course, to a traditional Full English Breakfast. View the yummy menu now

Scenic Walks

It's been a long four months since Christmas, and sometimes we just need a detox from our computer screens. If you're wanting some breathtaking scenery that won't cost a fortune, then there are plenty of National Parks for you to have a refreshing Spring stroll.

Loch Lomond, Scotland

We can only imagine how stunning lake Loch Lomond is in Scotland. This Northern hidden wonder has plenty to offer if you want to make a weekend of it. From hill hikes and waterfall climbs, this will be a great way to have a desk-detox.

Lyme Park, Cheshire

Just a short train journey from Central Manchester is dainty little village, Disley. Lyme Park. There's also some cute countryside pubs nearby too!

A Night In

So we can't always rely on the weather 100% which is why we need a Plan B. Treat yourself to a new bath bomb and sprinkle some rose petals in your bath (blogger style) and enjoy reading your favourite book and eat that Easter chocolate. If you've got company, then get the Grease or Dirty Dancing on DVD out and have a singalong with your girlfriends.

A Last Minute City Break

If you're wanting some Spring sun and exploring, then get onto an online holiday company or visit your nearest travel agent for a bargain last minute city break deal. We've currently been eyeing up Malta, Berlin and Amsterdam for holidays under £200 - but quick, these deals don't tend to stick around.

Movie Date

There's two movies that are on our to see list. Blockers featuring Leslie Mann and John Cena - the trailer looks hilarious. Another Hollywood comedy is Game Night with Rachel McAdams and Jason Bateman.
