Tell us about yourself in tweet form (you’ve got 140 characters!)
As a creative stylist, I've styled singers like Fifth Harmony & Justin Timberlake and shows like X Factor. I love using weird things & looking at style a different way.
How did you end up where you are in life right now?
I was studying fashion photography and always styled my own shoots. A close friend of mine was in a band, they asked me to style them, I didn't really know it was a real job till I started doing it and I haven't stopped since.
What’s been your proudest moment to date?
My proudest moment would definitely be having my Ceelo Green X-Factor performance costume put on permanent display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in the USA. It's a strange feeling knowing something you designed and styled will be on show forever.
Who or what would you cite as your biggest inspiration?
My inspirations come from everywhere, from old music videos to pieces of art. But also my Nana has always been a huge inspiration to my styling, she's always taught me the importance of style.
What’s on your playlist right now?
RIVRS, Anderson Paak, Khalid and of course Selena Gomez.
Describe your style with three words…
I could not!
Who would you absolutely love to style?
I love working with any artist who challenges my creativity.
What’s your fave trend of the moment?
It's not really a trend but I am always obsessed with weird DIY or cosmetics accessories and repurposing them into fashion accessories whether its a neck brace or IKEA homeware.
What trends can we look forward to seeing next season?
I think a growing trend at the moment is gender neutral clothing, which is really exciting, breaking down all the rules of 'who is supposed to wear what' , hopefully the trend sticks around.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Watching and re-watching episodes of Rupaul's Drag Race.
Tell us a random fact about yourself…
My first language was British Sign Language as both of my parents are deaf.
If you were a mood ring what colour would you be?
I'd like to be cool and say black, but definitely orange, it's the happiest looking colour.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to get into styling?
Be organised to the nth degree, always be on time and be prepared to work really hard, but also not to take it too seriously, it's a passion, you should be able to enjoy it.
What have you got planned for 2017 & what are you most looking forward to?
My life is very unpredictable so planning is difficult, but I am looking forward to working on new projects, and creating new, exciting things.
