Every November, just when us Brits start to feel festive and begin the christmas countdown, we watch all our fave celebs and influencers celebrating Thanksgiving with their friends & family and literally EVERY Netflix series treat us to a ‘Thanksgiving special’.
It’s kinda like watching everyone celebrate your fave day of the year (Christmas…obvs!) a month early and we’re starting to get real jealous now, ngl.
From Gossip Girl to Friends, our fave series have us dreamin’ of a magical Thanksgiving celebration every year, so we rounded up the most iconic episodes to make you jealous too…

Remember that episode when Joey ended up with a turkey on his head, then Monica did too? Yeah, we don’t quite remember how that happened, or why? But it was a damn good episode and definitely got us in the festive spirit!
Gilmore Girl’s Overindulgence
Remember that time our two fave gals we’re FAR too polite to decline an invitation (we know the feeling!) and managed to rope themselves in to, to FOUR whole thanksgiving meals…in one day?!
As much as we enjoyed watching them tactically maneuver the four meals, while still leaving room for dessert! The best part has to be Jackson’s dedication to deep frying an entire turkey!

Anyone else get a little stressed watching this episode unravel? No? Just us? Ok, cool.
Claire decides she doesn’t trust Phil & Luke to cook their thanksgiving meal & we don’t blame her! Instead she makes her own back-up turkey. A turkey also ends up in a suitcase at one point. Basically it’s a very hectic episode, but it’ll leave you in the BEST moode & desperate to spend the day with your own crazy family!
