Yoga
Comfort is key when it comes to yoga as you want to be one with your body and this doesn’t necessarily include being at one with that sports bra that’s strangling your boobs. You also don’t want to wear a baggy t-shirt that going to flop over your head every time you go into a downward dog. Try something form-fitting but comfy too.
Spin Class
No one is capable of walking out of a spin class and not looking like a hot mess, so when it comes to your outfit is not about looking cute. You’re going to want to do anything to stop yourself from overheating and this means cycling shorts and a crop top.
HITT class
You’re going to get sweaty so a sports bra is the best bet for this class. Some high-waisted leggings will also come in handy as you’re going to be moving about a lot. You won’t have to stop every 20 seconds to pull them up and they’ll provide you some coverage that you might feel you’re missing in just a sports bra.
Aerobics
Legs Bums and Tums is calling your name but you don’t know what to wear, you want something with some give for when you’re lunging so a pair of form-fitting gym leggings will do the trick. Pair with a matching crop and throw on a sweater to keep you warm on the way to your class.
Weights Class/Boxercise
Keep movement in mind for these types of classes so you want something that’s not going to get in your way. If you’ve got boxing gloves on say goodbye to pulling up your leggings or fixing an uncomfortable strap. Why not try a unitard or playsuit to prevent having to faff with your outfit but make sure it’s in breathable material to keep yourself cool.
